Removing the stock bumper is the most work. After that it's a walk in the park. It helps to have somebody to lift the bumper in position, but you can also use a jack. Position the new bumper on a jack and wheel it under the truck. There are three holes on each side to bolt the bumper to the frame rails. Put in one bolt on each side but do not tighten yet. Then swivel the bumper around those two bolts to locate the other holes and put the remaining bolts in. Tighten - done!
